Garden room foundation

We Built Garden Rooms for 15 Years. Foundations Were Always the Problem.

Perfect buildings failed on imperfect ground. Concrete cracked. Structures settled. Doors stopped closing. We needed foundations that could adjust after installation.

What We Kept Seeing

Structures leaning on concrete slabs poured "level" that cracked after one winter. Doors that wouldn't open by spring. Buildings sinking into soil that looked solid in summer but turned soft after rain.

The ground doesn't stay put. Frost heaves it. Water softens it. It settles over time. Traditional foundations assume the ground will cooperate. When it doesn't, there's no correction available.

BASIS system components

What We Built Instead

We designed BASIS in our workshop for our sauna installations. The requirement: adjust after the structure is in place, compensate when ground shifts, correct mistakes without redoing work.

Our customers used it first. They reported leveling without excavation, correcting settlement months later, relocating structures when plans changed.

We started offering BASIS separately because the problem isn't unique to saunas. Anyone building on real ground faces the same uncertainty.
